Fıstıkçı Gıda (Pistachio Goods), officially founded in 1975,has roots dating back 95 years to 1915 when our grandfather, Mehmet Güven, had started farming and selling Antep pistachio, walnuts, almonds and grapes which grew in the farms of Gaziantep, a city located in South-eastern region of Turkey. After the passing away of Mehmet Güven, our father Ahmet Güven carried on buying and selling local products by obtaining an official commercial license in 1975, establishing Fıstıkçı Gıda (Pistachio Goods).

In 1995, as the 3rd generation members of our family pistachio business, we’ve begun to institutionalize Fıstıkçı Gıda brand with the experience and knowledge passed onto us from our fathers . High quality production under hygienic conditions according to international standards has been the most important priority and value of Fıstıkçı Gıda.

Antep pistachio is a product that requires a great deal of attention, finesse and experience at every step of its production and process from production to packaging. Towards the end of the 1990s, after experiencing some problems in the processing due to conventional methods, we began searching for innovative solutions in order to meet the hygiene and quality standards with the help of specialists. As a result of this search, between years 2002 and 2006, we restructured our company by building a high tech, fully integrated and hygienic pistachio processing plant.

Since 1995, Fıstıkçı gıda has been conducting its marketing activities by supplying the demands of the leading domestic and international food manufacturing companies. We have wide range of customers consisting of chocolate, ice-cream, baklava, candy, dessert, cake and dried fruit manufacturers and we consistently supply their demands with mainly pistachio, almonds, walnuts, and industrial nuts.
